27 finely crushed Oreos
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. milk
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding

Melt butter; add crushed cookies. Mix and press in 9 x 9 inch pan. Whip softened cream cheese, fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread this over cookie in pan.

Mix both boxes of pudding with the milk and spread over cheese and Cool Whip. Top with balance of Cool Whip. Top with toasted pecans. Refrigerate. 6-8 servings.
