STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. salad oil
3 eggs, well beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
1 c. chopped pecans
Red food coloring

Combine all dry ingredients; add eggs and oil, stirring only until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and nuts; add food coloring. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread is tested done. Let stand overnight before slicing. Makes 2 loaves.
