KILEY'S HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER
BREAD
 
2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup natural peanut butter (non-hydrogenated)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses (Grandma's)
1 1/2 cups skim milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl. Set aside.

Blend peanut butter, brown sugar and molasses in separate bowl. Add milk to peanut butter mixture and whisk until smooth. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until blended. Pour into greased* 8x4-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for one hour. Allow to cool at least 15 minutes.

Note: To grease loaf pan, use 1 teaspoon canola oil on bottom of loaf pan. Take a paper towel and wipe entire loaf pan with canola oil. This prevents adding extra calories to the bread.

Makes 10 servings; 193 calories; 5g fat; 30g carbs; 6g protein.
