MARSHMALLOW COOKIES 
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. colored miniature marshmallows

Melt together and cool chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar and egg; mix well. Add marshmallows and mix together well so that all the marshmallows are chocolate coated. Press into buttered square cake pan. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 to 1 cup flaked coconut. Refrigerate at least half a day before cutting into squares.
