CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can tuna, drained
1 med. onion
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. chow mein noodles

In a large bowl combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, and chili powder. Mix with fork to break up tuna. Add peas and cheese. Let this set in the refrigerator overnight. Just before serving mix in the noodles. Lettuce can also be added if you like.
