TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage (old fashion), not smoked
1 can refried beans
2 pkgs. Mozzarella cheese slices
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. bag taco chips
Lettuce, shredded
1-2 tomatoes, chopped

In a 13"x9" cake pan, place 1/2 the taco chips, after crushing them up. Place refried beans into bowl and mix with enough water, so beans won't be real thick.

Spoon the beans over Taco chips, using all the beans. Then start adding the hamburger and sausage (do not fry first), to the beans by pinching pieces off and laying them on top. Then add chopped onions. Place the slices of cheese over the top until completely covered. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top of slices.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and add rest of crushed taco chips, lettuce and tomato. Serve and it is good with taco sauce, hot or mild, on top.
