1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
2 c. water
2 c. minute rice
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 cans mushroom soup
2 pkgs. broccoli or 2 sm. bunches

Melt together butter, Cheez Whiz and water. Combine with other ingredients and place in greased 9"x13" casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
