CRABMEAT SALAD 
12 oz. frozen crabmeat
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas (cooked and drained)
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. minced onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Drain thawed crabmeat. Break into pieces. Mix with peas, celery and onion. Chill.

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry, soy sauce and garlic salt. Chill. Mix crabmeat, mayonnaise and chow mein noodles lightly just before serving. Top with toasted almonds.
