CONGO BAR 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 box brown sugar
3 eggs
2 3/4 c. plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits (decrease chocolate bits depending on taste)

Melt butter and sugar in microwave or conventional oven. Beat well. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in 10x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
