TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. apple juice
1 fryer chicken, skinned

Combine all marinade ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Par-cook chicken in microwave 15 minutes (wrapped in plastic wrap or baggie). Remove skin. Place chicken in large Zip Lock bag. Pour marinade over. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Turn often. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or on grill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
