PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and powdered sugar. In large bowl cream sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed mixture and mix thoroughly. Add nuts and raisins (optional).

Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pans and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cooled sprinkle powdered sugar on top or frost with frosting.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk

Cream together and frost bars when cool.
