PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. light raisins

Beat sugar with oil at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add pumpkin and eggs. Scrape sides of bowl. Beat 1 minute. Stir in Bisquick, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into 15"x10"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool well before cutting. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
