GRANDMA'S HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lbs. uncooked hamburger
1 can beef bouillon
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
2 c. diced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

In large soup pot, boil hamburger in 3 cups water (about 15 minutes) until cooked. Skim fat off top of water (reserve water). Add remaining ingredients to water and hamburger, then simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with salad and rolls. (This recipe can be adapted for crock pot. Simply transfer all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.)
