CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
Extra wide noodles
2-3 lg. chicken breasts, boiled until tender and cut into chunks
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles until soft. Melt (in separate pan) butter. Add flour and salt and stir until smooth. Add whipping cream and broth, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over noodles and chicken into 9 x 13 inch casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
