FRIED RICE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. instant rice, cooked
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 egg, beaten

Chill rice. Heat oil in skillet; add soy sauce, onions and mushrooms. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rice; mix well; simmer 10 minutes. Add bacon and egg. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

May add canned shrimp if desired. Add immediately before serving.
