CORNED BEEF HOTDISH 
2 c. Creamettes
1 can corned beef, cut fine
1 can pimento
2 (#2 cans asparagus
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Crushed potato chips

Cook macaroni according to directions but omit the salt. Drain asparagus and add to drained macaroni along with beef and pimento. Make a white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add the soup and cheese to white sauce and let cheese melt.

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in macaroni, beef and asparagus. Pour white sauce over. Cover with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
