MICROWAVE QUICHE 
1 lightly baked 9 inch pie shell in glass plate
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (or fresh)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 c. half and half or heavy cream

Drain broccoli well, sprinkle on bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Microwave half and half at 100% power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until steaming. Beat cream slowly with egg mixture; pour into pie shell. Microwave 75% power for 12-13 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. You can also add cooked mushroom or ham if desired before cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
