ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
3 oz. Oodles of Noodles (chicken flavor)
4 c. shredded cabbage
4 green onions, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sesame seed
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Break up noodles and cover with boiling water. Let stand 3 minutes; drain. In large bowl combine noodles, cabbage, onions, and sesame seed. In another bowl mix seasoning package from noodles, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage, toss and chill for several hours or overnight. Top with almonds (toasted if desired).
