SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 lg. carrots, peeled and sliced
4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
Small bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. crumbled marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. Kielbasa (polish sausage) cut in 1/2 inch slices
3/4 c. water

In a large skillet, over low heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Add vegetables and seasonings to pan drippings. Cook over medium heat, 5 minutes tossing frequently.

Add Kielbasa slices and water. Cover and cook over medium low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, tossing occasionally. Crumble bacon, sprinkle on top and serve.
