PEACH PETAL PIE 
1 (#2) can (2 1/2 c.) peach pie filling
About 12 or more 1/4 inch slices refrigerated slice and bake sugar or butterscotch cookies
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Heat pie filling in 8 or 9-inch pie plate. Overlay cookie slices around edge of pie plate. Mix sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over cookies. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cookies are done. Serve warm in sauce dishes with ice cream. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
