CARAMEL TURTLE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
50 Kraft light caramels
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Eagle condensed milk

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Bake 1/2 of mix in greased and floured 9 x 12 cake pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While cake is baking, melt caramels, butter, and condensed milk until smooth, stirring constantly.

Remove cake from oven, after 15 minutes, and while still hot spread chocolate chips and nuts on top. Then drizzle caramel mixture over that. Pour rest of cake batter on top of caramel mixture and bake 30 minutes more at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
