YUMMY CARAMEL TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1/3 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

In saucepan (or microwave) melt butter, caramels, and milk, set aside. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, pour caramel mixture over top. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and nuts over the top of the caramel mixture. Pour the other 1/2 of the cake batter over the top of that. Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees, and then 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
