1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. Winesap apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix one at a time as listed, mix by hand. Bake in pan of your choice for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
