SWEET POTATOES CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Heat potatoes, draine and mash. Cream butter and add sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and add mashed potatoes. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake 15 or 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

TOP WITH:

1 c. crushed Frosted Flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter

Mix together. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Return to oven and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
