PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans pineapple tidbits, drained and save juice
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. plain flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Grease 2 quart baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, and juice. Add pineapples and cheese. Pour in dish. Mix butter and crackers. Sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Refrigerate and real good served cold.
