GADAIRI KI SABZI 
2kg Gadairi
500g tomato
100g onion
50g garlic and ginger powder
10g-cumin seed
salt, to taste coriander
chilli
turmeric powder, to taste

Wash to gadairi and small cut. Heat oil in pressure cooker and add cumin and fenugreek (meathi). Add to garlic powder, ginger powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, sabzi masala. Add tomato and slow fire. Then add gadairi and water (hot), add salt to taste. Garnish to coriander leave cooking time : 30-40 minutes.
