ST. NICKS SPREAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can chicken spread
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. diced orange sections
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. chopped green onions

Stir cream cheese until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chill 3 hours. Serve with crackers.
