EASY, CHEESY ASPARAGUS BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) can asparagus cut spears
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 egg white, beaten until stiff

Can be doubled for more people.

Drain asparagus reserving a few pieces for garnish, if desired and place remaining asparagus in shallow 1 quart baking dish with red pepper. Combine mayonnaise with cheese and green onions. Fold in egg white. Spread over asparagus. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. 4 servings.

Microwave Directions: In 1 quart microwaveable dish, prepare recipe as directed above. Cook on high 4 minutes, turning half way through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
