BUTTERMILK SALAD 
2 boxes flavored gelatin (Jello)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Heat pineapple and gelatin. Let cool. Pour in buttermilk. Chill about 1 hour. Spread Cool Whip over top. Chill and serve.
