CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER CLUSTERS | |
2 cups peanut butter chips 1 cup milk chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts 1 cup crushed wavy potato chips (I use Lay's) Combine peanut butter chips and milk chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute, and then stir until smooth. Tip: If you find that the chips are still difficult to work with, you can microwave in 10 second intervals. Stir in the dry roasted peanuts, then the crushed potato chips. Prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper or aluminum foil. Drop the cluster mixture by the spoonful on the prepared cookie sheet. Chill until firm and set. Store in an air tight container. Note: Time will vary with the power of you microwave. Depending on how big you make the cluster will determine how much you have. I usually end up with about 2 dozen with sizes that vary. Submitted by: Erin Williams |
