CHICKEN FRIED STEAK | |
1 round steak 2 eggs 1 c. milk Salt and pepper Salad oil What you do is get yourself a piece of round steak and then just go ahead and beat it with a menacing-looking metal mallet. Then take you two eggs and beat them up in a bowl (already you have had quite a bit of exercise, right?). Throw in a cup of milk, because all you have to have is just a little itsy bit; then your salt and pepper and toss it all around a lot. Get that steak and cut it 'cause you don't want NO big slab of meat. Dip it in that milk concoction and roll it in your flour. You can use a deep fryer or an iron skillet. Make that skillet about half full of grease - we don't use NOTHING but salad oil - and don't forget - let it get HOT, but not too hot. And then throw that steak in. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT IN AN INSTANT!!! |
