COR DON BLEU 
1 chicken breast, deboned, pounded
1 slice ham
1 slice Swiss cheese or other
1 pad butter
Ritz crackers
Vegetable oil
Velveeta cheese

Lay pounded chicken flat, put a pad of butter on top. Add cheese and ham. Roll up and use toothpicks to hold together.

Spread vegetable oil on chicken and roll in crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour just before done put a thin slice of Velveeta cheese on top.
