DRUNKEN CHICKEN | |
1 whole chicken, cut in pieces Salt & pepper Onion 1 can mushrooms 1 (18 oz.) jar barbecue sauce 1 (12 oz.) can beer Layer chicken across pan. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 small diced onion over the above. Sprinkle the mushrooms over this. Mix together barbecue sauce and beer; pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake about 2 hours at 350 degrees. Toward end of baking time, remove foil to brown a little. |
