JALAPENO CORN 
1/2 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, melted
3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2-3 tsp. chopped jalapeno peppers

Melt butter and cream cheese in a large skillet. Stir in corn, salt, pepper, and jalapenos. Heat all ingredients until bubbly. Pour into lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
