BREAKFAST FRUIT FRITTER 
1/2 apple, shredded or 1/2 banana, sliced or 1/2 peach, coarsely diced or 1/2 c. berries
1 slice bread
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. nonfat milk
1/8 tsp. butter flavoring (optional)
Cinnamon, to taste

Tear bread into bite-size pieces and mix with other ingredients. Cook in pan that has been sprayed with low-fat spray, Pam, etc. Cook until brown on both sides. One serving.
