BAKED BEANS 
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 med. onions, thinly sliced
4 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. 14 oz. (large) can pork & beans
1 lg. can red kidney beans
1 can (small or large) lima beans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard, wet or dry
1 tsp. salt

Fry garlic and onion in oil until glossy. Drain kidney and lima beans. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 quart baking dish. bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours (cover and check after 1 hour). This can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator until ready to bake and serve.
