3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar (apple cider)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed

SALAD:

Bibb lettuce
2 avocados (peel and section)
2 grapefruit (peel and section)
2 oranges (peel and section)
1 pt. strawberries

Blend all ingredients (except oil and seeds) in blender until onion is dissolved. Pour oil and seed on top of liquid and let set.

Mix greens with fruit. Quickly reblend dressing so oil and seeds mix through. Pour dressing on salad and mix by hand.
