OSGOOD PIE | |
1 stick butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs 2 cups chopped pecans 1 cup chopped dates (not raisins) 1 unbaked pie shell Cream butter and sugar add beaten egg yolks, nuts and dates. Beat egg whites until they hold peaks. Fold beaten egg whites into butter mixture. Spread in unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes.
