COMPANY CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, split
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sherry
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Place chicken in a greased shallow baking dish. Melt butter in a saucepan and add all the remaining ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve breasts on a bed of rice and pour sauce over breasts. Serves 6.
