STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. melted butter 2 c. broken pretzels 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 1/2 c. boiling water Mix sugar, butter and pretzels. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or brown, stir as it cools. Dissolve Jello in boiling water then stir in frozen strawberries to thicken. Chill until semi-jelled. Cream the cream cheese, powdered sugar together then stir in Cool Whip. Fold in marshmallows. Spread this mixture over cooled pretzels. Pour strawberry mixture on top and chill until set. |
