RICE DRESSING 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1/2 lb. pork liver
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
Seasoning
Rice, cooked

In a saucepan, combine 3/4 onion, seasoned liver and 2 cloves garlic. Add water to 2" to 3" above liver. Boil until liver is done. While that boils, cook seasoned ground pork with rest of onion and garlic. Drain. After liver is done, put it, the onions, and garlic in food processor and grind. Put back in juice. Add to ground pork. Add rice to meat mixture, enough so that it is not dry. Serve by itself or with another meat.
