BROCCOLI SALAD MARINADE 
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 very big bunches broccoli
1/4 lb. bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. red onions, raw, chopped
1/2 c. raisins

Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Can use some stems, if you wish to. Mix all ingredients together in 9 x 13 inch pan. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Salad will shrink overnight. Will feed 8 to 10.
