PLUM NECTARINE PIE 
9-inch pie crust
3 c. nectarines, pitted and chopped
2 c. red plums, pitted and chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Mix fruit and dry ingredients and place into crust. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Make streusel top as follows:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 oz. chilled butter, cubed
1 c. flour

Mix flour, cinnamon and sugar. Cut the butter in as for pie dough. Put this topping on top of the fruit. Bake for 1 hour.
