FUDGE 
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 can (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. marshmallow cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Butter 9 inch square baking dish. Set aside. In 2 qt. casserole, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Microwave at high 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils; stirring after every minute. Reduce to power level 7. Microwave for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes longer, or until sugar dissolves, stirring 1 or 2 times to prevent boil over. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is blended. Pour into prepared dish. Chill to set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
