1 1/3 c. sugar 1 can (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk 1 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c. marshmallow cream 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Butter 9 inch square baking dish. Set aside. In 2 qt. casserole, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Microwave at high 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils; stirring after every minute. Reduce to power level 7. Microwave for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes longer, or until sugar dissolves, stirring 1 or 2 times to prevent boil over. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is blended. Pour into prepared dish. Chill to set. |
