CHEESE SAUCE 
1/2 or 1 recipe white sauce
1/2 to 2 c. chopped cheese (stronger flavored ones work best)
A few drops of yellow and orange food color

When white sauce is ready add cheese to taste. After it tastes as cheesy as you like it add very little of the food colors at a time until the desired color is obtained. May be used over loaves, broccoli, cauliflower etc.
