BAKED CARROTS AND APPLES 
8 med. carrots, pared & cut in 1" pieces
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, drained, packed in water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Cook carrots until tender, in small amount of water. Combine carrots and apples; turn into 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
