SWEET-SOUR BAKED BEANS 
8 bacon slices, fried until crisp
4 lg. onions, sliced into rings
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 (15 oz.) cans dried lima beans
1 (16 oz.) can green lima beans
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can New England style baked beans, undrained

Place onions in skillet, add sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar. Cook 20 minutes covered. Combine beans, onion mixture and crumbled bacon in a 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.
