GUACAMOLE 
3 ripe avocados
1 chopped onion, chopped very fine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. Indo seasoning
1 chopped tomato
1/2 can black olives, chopped
2 tbsp. natural picante sauce

Mash all ingredients together and chill for 10 minutes. Leave pit in middle of bowl before serving to prevent guacamole from turning brown.
