HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS 
1 stick butter, softened
2 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, grated
2-3 dozen Parker House rolls (or similar)
1/2 lb. baked ham
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese

Combine first five ingredients and spread on each roll with a bit of ham and cheese. Heat at 350 degrees wrapped in foil until cheese melts. Serve warm.
