COLD SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. salt

Grate cabbage, pepper and onion; add sugar. Heat rest of ingredients to a boil. Pour over slaw - do not stir. Let stand for 4-5 hours.
